My Story

Twice as Nice was established in 2020 after years of baking and self learning. I pride myself in making cakes and bakes that are superior in taste, flavour and looks. My philosophy has always been “Flavour over flare” A cake cannot just look good, it must taste exceptional too, hence the name “Twice as Nice”.

I specialise in custom made cakes to give my customers a one of a kind cake for every occasion. Celebrating every milestone has become even more important these past years from an engagement to a baby shower, I strive to bring that extra special something to any occasion.

I have recently launched my very own course called “Home Baker to Business Owner”. This is a one of a kind in person training course to help encourage aspiring home bakers to take the leap into owning a small business. This is something I am extremely passionate about and I can’t wait to grow our community of home bakers.

When I’m not in the kitchen I am a busy mum to twin boys Rory and Riley, the driving force behind the business! We are a small unique family of three and we love baking simple recipes together. The boys definitely have a flare for baking! When you support ‘Twice as Nice’ you are supporting a little family with a big dream!
